Refund policy

At Acutastore, we take pride in ensuring that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Our return and replacement process is simple and transparent.

Returns & Replacements

• Customers can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
• Replaced products will be delivered within 7–10 business days.
• For COD orders, shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
• Certain hygiene or consumable products (if any) are non-returnable.
• Only one exchange per order is permitted.
• Returned items must be properly packed to avoid transit damage.
• Damaged items must be supported with an unboxing video as proof.
• Acutastore reserves the right to approve or reject return requests.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. Acutastore may cancel orders in cases of fraudulent activity, incorrect pricing, or stock unavailability.
